OLIVER Group expands with launch of Manchester office

OLIVEROLIVER Group has announced that it is launching a new office in Manchester as it expands its geographical reach within the UK. Nic Morris, managing director, will lead the OLIVER Manchester office.

The office, which is located in Salford Quays, will act as a specialist hub in SEO and digital, supporting all onsite creative teams for clients in the Greater Manchester area, the Midlands and the North including Scotland. OLIVER Manchester’s foundation clients include professional services company KPMG, financial services firm Wesleyan, hotel group Carlson Rezidor and Scottish soft drinks manufacturer AG Barr.

Simon Martin, OLIVER Group global chief executive, said: “Manchester‘s economy is as big as Ireland’s. It’s also one of the most creative and innovative places in the UK, with its world-class universities and pool of highly talented individuals. When you add in its transport links to Leeds, Birmingham and Scotland, it’s clear this is a hugely exciting opportunity in OLIVER’s expansion and growth. The decision to launch OLIVER in Manchester has followed a period of global growth for the business. In the UK alone we now employ 850 people – a figure we expect to rise as we look to the local area to recruit new talent.

Martin added: “Our philosophy at OLIVER is to be on the inside of our clients’ businesses literally and metaphorically, to provide better, faster, and more effective work. Manchester will become a hub for our northern clients, offering OLIVER’s core value proposition of proximity, effectiveness, and brand immersed teams to the region. Clients will benefit from the same core offering as that offered by the rest of the group, including Aylesworth Fleming also based in Manchester, which brings an added expertise in local marketing – something that will prove invaluable for both clients and the new Manchester teams.”

OLIVER Group currently has offices in London, Dublin, France, Germany, Netherlands, USA, Singapore and Australia.
