StrawberryFrog, the world’s first Movement Thinking™ company, today announced they have hired Rasika Narang as the agency’s Chief Growth Officer. “We’re thrilled to bring Rasika on board,” said StrawberryFrog Founder and CEO, Scott Goodson. “Her deep expertise in creative, media and technology, as well as her hands-on experience helping clients navigate the complexity of today’s marketing landscape, will add tremendous value to clients seeking to grow and transform their business. She’s the perfect partner for putting our unique approach to marketing into a real-world context, and we feel fortunate to have her join our team.”

Narang’s experience includes leadership roles at Ogilvy, where during her 16 years there she built and grew brands such as IBM, SAP, Lenovo, Philips and DuPont. She was also a key contributor in establishing the agency’s performance marketing practice. More recently she held the role of SVP, Brand and Growth Marketing at programmatic media company, Viant Technology, and in January of this year she joined the Board of Directors of the American Marketing Association.

Speaking about her new position, Narang said, “StrawberryFrog is really a one-of-kind company, and I’m excited to join the team. With so much downward pressure on budgets these days, the StrawberryFrog approach to creating organic and participatory movements can make for a more efficient and effective means of brand building. And from Northwell Health’s highly successful anti-gun violence campaign to helping Walmart reimagine their employee experience, they’ve proved the effectiveness of their methodology time and again.”

“Over 80% of consumers say they need to trust a brand to consider buying it,” said Goodson. “Movements build this trust by putting brands at the center of the culture surrounding them, allowing them to stand out and deliver meaningful value exchanges with all of their stakeholders. This is the core of the message we’re asking Rasika to get out to brands around the globe, and it’s a story we know she will excel at telling. Rasika is also spearheading the evolution of our offerings through areas such as AI and data-driven marketing.”

Narang joins StrawberryFrog in her new role, effective immediately, and will be based out of the company’s New York office.
