RBS appoint Lida to handle customer led strategy

lida-8Digital and direct marketing agency Lida has been working on direct marketing and CRM for its Private offering since January 2013, and is now expanding its role to cover customer led strategy and planning. The new appointment extends Lida’s relationship with RBS and will see the agency working across the NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland portfolio in 2016.

Lida has been charged with leading a programme of activity that puts the customer at the heart of communications in support of its brand ambitions. Matthew Heath, Chairman of Lida, added: “We are so delighted to have been chosen to lead customer led strategy and planning across the NatWest and RBS portfolio. Both are ambitious brands at an exciting time in their history and we can’t wait to help them deliver a category leading customer experience.”

The news follows hot on the heels of the agency’s first Chief Creative Officer appointment, as well as the launch of its New York and Chicago offices.
