Independent creative agency YARD NYC today announces the appointment of three new hires: Teng Phour as Style Director, Emily Green as Executive Producer and Tenille Teague as Head of Production. These three significant hires were made to address the expansion of the agency’s in-house capabilities, innovation of its production arm and its biggest year yet in terms of new business wins.

For their upcoming 20th anniversary the brand that revolutionized the premium denim landscape in the early 2000’s, is looking to Yard NYC to create an impactful integrated campaign. Paying homage to 7 For All Mankind’s heritage as a brand that became a household name, and celebrity and consumer favorite 20 years ago and continues to be today.
As Style Director at YARD NYC, Teng Phour will work alongside the creative team to lead the visual development and execution of strategy across all channels, implementing a progressive, future-focused visual tone for projects. Phour is a multidisciplinary creative specializing in style, beauty and luxury visual communication and brand development. His previous role as Image Director at Mother New York cultivated an elevated, style-forward perspective for brands like Target, Stella Artois, Virgin Voyage, and Wrangler. “I instinctually connect with the creative team at YARD NYC on what makes great work, how to make brands feel new and exciting and the importance of distilling the emotional core of what we are communicating,” said Phour. “I am incredibly proud and excited to join the YARD NYC team and make beautiful, impactful work people care about now.”
Newly appointed Executive Producer, Emily Green, spent her previous years in production at Saatchi & Saatchi and 72andSunny on clients like Walmart, Smirnoff, Tide, Facebook and New Era. Green will now be responsible for championing an integrated production model that turns the most creative, innovative ideas into compelling realities, regardless of the medium.“Yard is a future-facing agency with a modern framework that punches well above its weight. Tennille Teague, whose work has been recognized in Fast Company, The New Yorker, The New York Times and Wired, will be joining YARD NYC as the Head of Production. Teague has produced work for global brands such as Bud Light, Sprite, Virgin Atlantic, Realtor.com, National Geographic, Timberland, Range Rover, LG, MTV, Campbell’s, Fox Sports and the NFL, among many others. Teague was most recently the Head of Content Production at Pereira & O’Dell NY, where she built an inspiring team of curious and agile producers for a constantly shifting content landscape.
