Butterfly Cannon, the award-winning creative studio renowned for elevating brands across beauty, drinks, fine foods, fashion, wellness, tech, and hospitality, continues to grow its talent pool. The studio has recently welcomed Laura Richards as Client Director.
Laura joins from Design Bridge & Partners, bringing over five years of experience partnering with global brands. Her background includes managing impactful redesigns, visual identity development, and market innovations for clients such as Tanqueray, Don Julio, Gordon’s, and Greene King. Notably, Laura spearheaded the re-positioning of Tanqueray No. TEN, a global redesign for Gordon’s, and localised innovations across South America and Nigeria.

Under the guidance of Managing Director Juliet Layard-Liesching, Creative Director Arron Egan, Client Services & Cultural Director Georgie Jones, Realisation Director, Grant Wilmot and Strategy Director, Zoe McGee, the studio continues to build on its reputation for beautiful creative and powerful insights.
Laura’s arrival is complemented by other recent hires, including Ros Smith as Senior Client Manager. Ros joins from Naked Ideas & Design Bridge and brings extensive experience in branding, marketing, and digital solutions, having worked with renowned names such as Carlsberg, Barilla, and Kronenbourg 1664.
