Raindrop Appointed Inaugural Creative Agency of Record For Meiji America’s Hello Panda

The award-winning independent agency will lead campaign and website development for the globally beloved and fast-growing snack brand

Raindrop today announced that it has been appointed the first creative agency of record for Meiji America’s Meiji Hello Panda™. The award-winning, independent agency will lead account, strategy and creative duties, in addition to web design and development, for the globally beloved cookie brand.

Hello Panda is best known for its crunchy, cream-filled cookies filled with smooth crème and printed with 32 different sports-playing Panda Pals, bringing a playful dose of fun to every pouch. Raindrop has already created two campaigns for Hello Panda, including “Panda-Monium 2.0.”

“In the short time that we’ve worked together, Raindrop has proven to be a terrific partner. Their team has translated the playful joy that defines Hello Panda into creative work that both stays true to the brand and pushes it into new territory. They’ve helped us see the brand through a new lens, uncovering opportunities to showcase its personality and unlock its full potential with consumers,” said Geoffrey Guilfoile, director of marketing, Meiji America.

“It’s been a treat to collaborate with Hello Panda, and we’re very much looking forward to working with their team to help share the brand’s ability to bring joy to life’s everyday moments on an even deeper, emotional, and storytelling-driven level. As the brand’s playful, larger-than-life panda mascots show, there’s much more to this cookie than its bite-sized, cream-filled middle,” added Raindrop CEO and CCO Jacques Spitzer.

The appointment comes as Meiji America recently announced a $65 million investment to beef up its production and equipment resources at its York, Pa., U.S. headquarters. Per NIQ Byzzer, Hello Panda has seen a 34% and 59% year-over-year growth in sales and distribution, respectively, in the 52 weeks ending on January 17, 2026.

Raindrop recently won in the West category at the 2026 Ad Age Small Agency of the Year awards.
