Christina Antes has joined adam&eveBERLIN as its first Managing Director.
In her new role, Christina will be responsible for leading and growing the agency which launched in May this year with Deutsche Telekom as its founding client.
Christina will sit on the agency’s leadership Team with adam&eveBERLIN’s Chief Creative Officer, Jens Pfau, and Chief Strategic Officer, Philipp Schwartz.
Moving within the DDB network, Christina joins from DDB Germany, where she held the role of Chief Marketing & Growth Officer since May 2021, with a remit to promote integration among DDB offices and clients around the country.

Before joining DDB, Christina worked at Serviceplan, Europe’s biggest independent agency group, where she rose quickly through the ranks, becoming Managing Director after only 10 years at the agency. Two years later she was promoted to Partner in 2018.
In 2015, she founded the agency’s independent Campaign X unit, which quickly won lead agency status on BMW’s MINI in Germany and grew to become one of the most creative and most awarded integrated agencies in the Serviceplan group.
During her career, Christina has worked with key national and international accounts, including Allianz, ABOUT YOU, BMW, HEINZ, MINI, mymüsli, Ottonova, Ooredoo, Pedigree, Sky, Strellson, Taxfix, and ZDF. She is a board member at GWA (German Advertising Agencies Association).
