Full funnel agency, Chemistry has brought on a new Creative Director, James Harvey, effective immediately. In his role, James will contribute to the agency’s overall creative vision, and serve as the creative lead and writer for New York Life and Duquesne Light.
Most recently, James spent eight years at BBDO New York as creative director and copywriter for Pepsi and Mobil1. Other brand experience includes work for Starbucks, FedEx, CVS, Lowe’s and Zappos.com. In 2015, James and his team were awarded a Clio for their standout campaign from BBDO, “Pepsi Spokesman Marshawn Lynch.”Prior to BBDO, James spent four years in LA and New York working as a television writer on numerous series aired on PBS, BBC, Nickelodeon and MTV2.
Based out of Chemistry’s Pittsburgh office, James will report directly into Geoff Tolley, President, Chief Creative Officer, Chemistry.
James graduated from Harvard University and was a writer and editor for the Harvard Lampoon.
