Clarion Communications has been appointed as retained Consumer PR & Influencer agency for Sambazon UK; the industry leading Açaí brand available in supermarkets and sold in Joe & the juice and Black Sheep Coffee.

Tasked with elevating brand awareness, Clarion will focus on communicating the Brazilian berry’s many health benefits to older consumers, while positioning Sambazon as the aspirational, must-have brand for Gen Z. This approach will reinforce Sambazon’s status as the original açaí brand, 25 years in market.
The appointment follows successful project work earlier this year, during which Clarion’s Consumer and Trade team supported Sambazon’s launch into Sainsbury’s. The product-led campaign secured over 120 pieces of coverage across national, trade, consumer, and lifestyle media.
In addition, the agency’s dedicated digital team marked the retail milestone with a London pop-up event in collaboration with nutritionist Lily Soutter, hosting nine leading wellness and health influencers.
