Clearly, the Bath-based PR, Communications and Content expert which specialises in the recruitment and technology sectors, has grown its team with the appointment of three new hires.
Stephanie Brown joins as PR Account Manager, Aino Rantala comes on board as Digital Marketing Executive, while Lindsey Purser is Clearly’s new Office Manager.
The agency, which has achieved impressive growth of 91.3% in the last 12 months, is determined to continue this upward trajectory in the face of challenging current market conditions.
These three appointments will bolster Clearly’s existing team of PR and communications specialists as well as strengthen and build upon its digital offering, fulfilling growing demand for both services across the board.
Brown has two years of agency PR and media relations experience across both the B2B and B2C sectors in a range of industries including digital marketing, programmatic advertising, recruitment, baby products, nurseries and customer relationship management. Brown will work closely with five of Clearly’s accounts within a client-facing role, initiating and retaining important media and press relationships.
With five years of online and offline marketing experience under her belt, Rantala joins Clearly in its first Digital Marketing Executive role. She will work closely alongside the agency’s Creative Content Executive to create and implement innovative social media strategies and email marketing campaigns to continue high client engagement and growth rates through digital means.
Rantala commented: “It’s incredibly exciting to join the company in a brand-new role. Having the opportunity to spearhead Clearly’s digital offering will open up new doors both for us as a business and for our clients.”
Brown added: “I am over the moon to have joined Clearly. The business works with a fantastic client base, all of which I look forward to building relationships with over the coming weeks. The team are also a wonderful bonus to this new start, they are driven, experienced and, most important of all, brilliantly supportive and welcoming.
After working for over eight years in administrative and operations with international companies in countries across the recruitment, investment and insurance sectors; Purser joins the team as Office Manager to help run daily admin to support the team, as well as streamlining processes and introducing efficiencies.
Paul MacKenzie-Cummins, MD and founder, commented: “Clearly’s growth has been monumental in the last 12 months and we have no plans on stopping – even through these unprecedented times. The team is now three stronger thanks to the ability to remotely onboard new members using a host of virtual tools. Steph, Aino and Lindsey all bring something new to the team; crucial pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that will only strengthen what we have built up over the past six years.”
