CRM specialist Armadillo reaches 25% growth as it welcomes two new senior hires

Bristol-based CRM specialist, Armadillo, which works with major brands including Disney, McDonald’s and Carnival UK, has reached 25% headcount growth in 18 months as it makes a double hire.

Linzi Hole joins as Group Account Director following a year as Senior Account Director of B2B Agency, Modern. Hole has been brought in to spearhead Armadillo’s accounts with Disney and Carnival as key focuses. Prior to Modern, she worked for Armadillo on a contract basis for two years.

Hannah Waters joins as Art Director, a new role created in the team headed up by Rob Pellow, to help develop innovative, effective creative campaigns. Waters joins Armadillo after nearly a decade at Oakwood Agency; prior to this she worked for design agency, Spencer Du Bois.   It’s been a fruitful 18 months for the agency with a DMA Gold Award win plus a number of award shortlistings, a large account win with Carnival UK, which they clinched following a nationwide five-way pitch, as well as a 25% increase in turnover.

Hole commented: “Armadillo is in an exciting growth period and I couldn’t resist the opportunity to come back and work in such a dynamic environment, alongside a supportive, specialist team. Working on some of the most interesting, global brands I look forward to providing best in class CRM that fully engages customers.”

Art Director, Waters, added: “The Armadillo creative offering drew me to the role. All work is underpinned by their ‘dig a little deeper’ philosophy, that aims to get to the heart of a brand’s offering and create work that springs from genuine insights and connects with customers. They’re already pushing boundaries with their award-winning campaigns and I hope to continue their great work.”
