LG’s Witty Mobile Ads Mock Apple, HTC And Samsung Smartphones

LG has unveiled a witty Scandinavian ad campaign mocking Apple, HTC and Samsung smartphones.

Created by M&C Saatchi, Stockholm to promote the new LG G2 smartphone, the mobile banner ads can recognize the brand of smartphone they appear on, and respond accordingly.

HTC users receive a “Tired of charging your HTC One?” message, followed by a second message urging them to switch to the LG G2 which boasts 30% longer battery life.

Apple iPhone users get the message “Hard to read this on your iPhone?” in tiny print and a second message trumpeting the large 5.2-inch FHD (Full High-Definition) IPS (In-Plane Switching) display of the LG G2, while Samsung Galaxy owners are asked “Waiting for your Galaxy to catch up?”, followed by statistics on the LG G2’s faster processor.
