New Client Lead Hire Wraps Up Year of Growth for FourthWall

Employer branding and attraction marketing agency FourthWall has appointed new hire Katie Theofanous to the role of Client Lead. The move sees the firm reinforce its commitment to ongoing growth as it continues to expand its reputation for developing award-winning strategic employee brand activations.

With experience spanning in-house, agency, brand, and experiential environments, for brands including Emap, William Reed, and UBS, Katie has a proven track record in account leadership, relationship building, and cross-functional creative collaboration. At FourthWall, she will play a key role in guiding client strategy, overseeing campaign execution, and fostering long-term client success.

FourthWall founder and CEO, Mark Griffith, comments, “Hiring Katie marks an exciting step forward for us. As our client base expands, it’s essential we invest in leaders who not only understand the evolving needs of brands, but who can also push boundaries in the work we deliver. Katie truly embodies that mindset. For us, her appointment underscores FourthWall’s continued commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth. We are excited to have her onboard!”

Katie’s hire follows the agency’s recent appointment of Joanne James, also Client Lead and reflects FourthWall’s ambitious growth plans into 2026. Widely recognised as specialists in early careers recruitment and experiential marketing, working with brands like Lloyds Banking Group and Deloitte, the agency has recently expanded its offer further into wider employee experience strategies.

Katie adds, “I’m really excited to join FourthWall. From my very first conversations with the team, it just felt like the right fit. What really resonated with me is how much emphasis and dedication they have in building strong, long-lasting client relationships – something I’ve always valued in my work. I’m excited to be a part of such a talented team that delivers campaigns that don’t just inspire, but truly connect with audiences, and an agency that creates experiences that leave a lasting impact!”
