The Beyond Collective appoints new business specialist Oli Richards as its first Chief Marketing Officer

The Beyond Collective, the independent agency group for the audience age, has appointed new business specialist Oli Richards as its first Chief Marketing Officer to drive forward a period of expansion

Richards joins from Dentsu Creative, where he held the role of New Business and Marketing Director working across UK agencies including DentsuMB, Isobar and John Brown.

At The Beyond Collective, a micro-network of strategic, creative, media and marketing agencies, Richards is tasked with supercharging the new business pipeline and bolstering the group’s reputation. The group is looking to add to its already extensive roster of clients which include Amazon, Boots, Danone, Kerrygold, Liz Earle, Ornua Dairy, Proper, Shelter and Subway.

While at Dentsu, Richards helped to win several notable clients including United Airlines, Asahi, Zespri, Mothercare and Dazn. Previously, he worked at Engine Group’s sports marketing division Synergy, which has rebranded as Engine Sport.
