Delete Harbours Plans for Growth with New Partnership

Award-winning agency, Delete, has joined the growing independent agency collective, Harbour, as its go-to digital customer experience specialist.

Delete becomes Harbour’s core partner for customer experience and digital product creation and will bolster the collective’s full service marketing offer with creative, technology and media services all on offer to its shared client base.

Following a period of consultation, Delete, which has UK offices in London and Leeds, was chosen to fulfil Harbour’s requirement for a niche digital CX expert, and brings with it a strong track record of delivering successful digital products and marketing services for its high profile client base. The news follows on from Delete’s recent new account wins for leading retirement home builder McCarthy & Stone and UK bus operator First Bus.

Delete will join forces with a number of leading independent UK agencies including Hope & Glory, George & Dragon and Digital Natives. The Harbour collective, founded by agency heavyweight Paul Hammersley recently announced that both Mick Mahoney and Kevin Chesters, until recently the CCO and CSO of Ogilvy London, will join Hammersley as Partners to develop the central consultancy.

Discussing the partnership, Tom Dougherty, Partner and UX Director at Delete, commented: “We are pleased to announce our strategic partnership with Harbour. We fully believe in the collaborative structure and the power of independent specialist agencies working together to deliver great work and great results. We’re already working on some exciting opportunities and projects and look forward to being part of this compelling venture.”

Adding to this, Paul Hammersley, Founder of Harbour, said: “Harbour provides a contemporary alternative to the big agency networks and we are pleased to bring to Delete to our client-base. Having their internationally renowned skill set will ensure we are able to add further value to our clients and drive efficiencies in the work our partners deliver through our joined-up approach. The agencies within Harbour are all linked by the quality of their offer, people and work, and Delete is a leading example of this. We are excited to introducing them to our clients and seeing the results they can help them achieve.”
