Rosie Advisory will help marketers create new organizational structures and operating models that make the most of inhouse and external agency talent.
Fred Schuster, former founder and CEO of InnerGroup, will lead the practice as President, while Ace Workflow will provide elite AI diagnostics and automation.
We Are Rosie, the pioneer in fractional talent for marketing, will now counsel corporations on the optimal strategy and structure for their extended marketing operations. Ground in the belief that talent should be the focus of every business model, Rosie Advisory will help clients answer the combined pressure of escalating demand, mounting complexity, and far-reaching impact from AI implementation.
“The best companies put talent first, but a lothave lost this focus,” said Ashley Flood, Chief Client Officer at We Are Rosie. “We need to intervene on the strategic level to do what consultants and recruiters can’t: combine the right casting, systems, technology, and workflow that extend a company’s human potential altogether.”
Rosie Advisory will be led by Fred Schuster, who joins We Are Rosie as President of the practice. Schuster has built a career on introducing new business models for advertising. He founded McCann’s Craft Worldwide, Ogilvy’s Redworks (the predecessor to Hogarth), Madras Global (now part of Deloitte Digital), and InnerGroup.
Using proprietary AI powered by AceWork OS, Schuster’s team will analyze how work moves through a client’s organization to identify the everyday roadblocks buried in processes nobody remembers adding, handoffs nobody owns, and ambitions different departments rarely share with others. The platform will analyze work across a client’s marketing organization to create a precise map of blockages and redundancies. From there, Rosie Advisors will create the optimal structural design and advise on shared resourcing.
“People can’t work to their full potential when the org structure and workflow get in the way,” said Schuster. “Most inhouse operations are in a state of overwhelm, and the people keeping the pistons pumping are too busy to assess and redesign the engine. We can because we’ve helped dozens of corporations at the execution level by creating team solutions that transcend conventional org design.”
Whereas consultants can recommend approaches to organizational structure, they don’t deal in talent. Although many theorize about workflow, they lack the comprehensive, continuous diagnostics that Ace agents reveal. Recruiters excel at finding people for jobs, but they don’t specialize in supplying dynamic teams from thousands of independent contractors for project-based assignments.
“The CMOs I talk to aren’t struggling because they don’t have enough talented people. They’re struggling because too many talented people are working around systems, structures and processes that make it harder to get great work done,” said Steve Olenski, founder of The CMO Whisperer. “When internal teams and external partners aren’t clear on who owns what, you don’t just create redundancy. You waste talent. Fixing that isn’t an operational nice-to-have anymore. It’s a leadership issue.”
