Air France and KLM (part of the same group) operate an extensive network from the UK & Ireland with 19 departure points. As a result, the airlines were looking for an agency to really enhance their reputation following the pandemic. As the lead on Consumer and Corporate PR, M&C Saatchi TALK will focus on developing the overall consideration of both brands, alongside promoting the airlines strong sustainability credentials.
M&C Saatchi Talk were appointed after a three-way competitive pitch process managed by Ingenuity London. There was no incumbent agency.
