Brandon Named Integrated Agency of Record for Palmetto Goodwill

Brandon has been named integrated agency of record for Palmetto Goodwill following a competitive review. The partnership brings together two South Carolina–based organizations committed to driving meaningful impact through purpose-led work.

As agency of record, Brandon will lead an integrated marketing and communications effort designed to strengthen Palmetto Goodwill’s brand, expand awareness of its mission, and support initiatives that advance workforce development and economic mobility across the region.

Palmetto Goodwill is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing job training, employment opportunities, and community-based services for individuals facing barriers to employment. Through its retail operations and workforce programs, the organization reinvests proceeds into education, skills training, and local impact initiatives that help individuals and families achieve long-term stability.

“Palmetto Goodwill exists for one reason – to create real, lasting opportunities for people working hard to build a better life,” said Brian Itzkowitz, CEO of Palmetto Goodwill. “Through job training, education, and employment, we’re investing in people in a way that ripples far beyond a single paycheck – carrying forward into families, households, and communities for generations. The community donations that fill our stores, the retail operations they sustain, the revenue they generate – those are the tools that fund that purpose, not the purpose itself. Brandon understands that distinction, and I’m confident they’ll help us tell that story in a way that resonates deeply across the 18 counties we serve.”

Scott Brandon, CEO of Brandon, said the partnership closely aligns with the agency’s focus on purpose-driven brand building.

“Palmetto Goodwill is not just doing good work,  they’re redefining what good can do in their communities,” Brandon said. “Our role is to help translate that mission into a clear, compelling story that inspires action, builds relevance, and amplifies impact.”
