Carnsight Communications, the boutique PR and social media agency based in Bath, marked its tenth anniversary last week with a celebration at The Ivy in Bath. More than 80 guests, including over 50 past, present and future clients, media and influencers as well as friends and family, joined the Carnsight team to raise a glass to the business’ success.

Founded in 2016 by CEO Jessica Morgan, Carnsight Communications began as a kitchen table venture and has since grown into a four-person team that has supported more than 150 business clients over its ten-year history. This has resulted in over 10,000 pieces of media coverage, with national placements in titles like The Guardian, The Times, The Telegraph and the BBC, alongside consistent local features in the Bath Chronicle, Bath Life and Somerset Live.
Over the past decade, the agency has expanded its team by 67% with 60% of staff promoted, increased its office space by 120% and launched its eBook Powerfully Practical PR, which has received only five-star reviews. In 2025, Carnsight was named Creative Bath’s Agency of the Year, celebrating its impact in boosting visibility for regional businesses. This year, it is in the running for a Bath Life award.

The anniversary celebration featured a spin the wheel prize game, with winners taking home wine, beer and chocolates. Guests were also invited to spot and tag themselves in a collage showcasing Carnsight clients and contacts, and to snap a pic in the ‘Carnsight Times’ front cover, before Morgan made a speech. The evening wrapped up with cake in the company’s signature colours, made by Pip Ahern, and a touching video being played, sharing messages from clients, friends and family.
Jessica Morgan comments: “Reaching ten years feels significant and incredibly special. What began at my kitchen table has grown into a business I am immensely proud of, shaped by brilliant clients, a dedicated and talented team and a wonderfully supportive community. This milestone has given me a moment to reflect on how far we have come and to feel energised about everything still ahead. I am so grateful to everyone who has been part of our story so far.”
