Momentum Worldwide brings together global employees to “Make it Matter” on September 18. The day brings together its 1,000+ employees from across the global agency. After exploring the interconnectedness of DEIBA, Sustainability and Wellness in 2023, this year we are focusing on Wellness and the power of a positive mindset, and the connection to the individual and business outcomes as the priority.
“As we continue to focus our approach to making an impact for ourselves and the clients we serve, I am especially excited about this year’s programming that focuses on Wellness. It’s so important that we take time to pause, reflect and learn,” comments Momentum Worldwide Global CEO Donnalyn Smith.
Make It Matter Day will be hosted as a hybrid experience across Momentum’s offices and a virtual stream. The day will include keynote speaker Michelle Gielan, who will focus on the Power of Positive Psychology, Resilient Optimism: Strengthening a Mindset that Fuels Well-being and Success. We will follow her session with workshops and each office will participate in volunteer opportunities during the day.
“Make it Matter Day plays a crucial role in driving belonging, connectedness, community and purpose for our people. It is a reinforcement and a reminder that it is what we, as an agency, do that truly matters,” added Momentum Worldwide SVP Culture & Wellness Natalie Traynham.
