As part of a wider leadership restructure, with Founding Partners, Mike Branson and Jonathan Ford, stepping into Group Leadership roles, Pearlfisher is making several key promotions in New York and San Francisco.
These changes are designed to recognize and empower the depth of expertise and experience within the business and lay the foundation for the next phase of growth in the US.
In the New York Studio, Creative Director, Hamish Campbell, has been appointed to VP Executive Creative Director. In his new role, Hamish is responsible for leading the New York Studio overall while continuing to be the guardian of creative standards. His appointment is a recognition of the depth of his branding experience over 17 years and his contribution to the growth of Pearlfisher New York since he joined 8 years ago. Hamish will head up the New York Leadership Team, working in close collaboration with Elizabeth Eidshaug, Strategic Development Director and Brandi Parker, Head of Realization.
Hamish explained, “I’m excited to lead Pearlfisher into this new decade and continue to inspire the entire studio by raising the creative benchmark – encouraging everyone to demonstrate high-level conceptual thinking and groundbreaking work. As always, I’m looking forward to working with the talented Pearlfisher people who can collectively drive positive and progressive change for sustained success in the coming years.”
In Pearlfisher’s San Francisco Studio, Jon Vallance assumes the new position of Executive Creative Director while Paula Murray steps into the role of Strategic Development Director. Both Jon and Paula have had a major impact on the success of Pearlfisher San Francisco over the past 18 months. And with Jon’s wealth of creative experience alongside Paula’s strategic mindset, together they’ll continue to focus on the overall development of the Studio’s rapidly expanding offer.
Jon added, “My ongoing aim is to build and guide the design team retaining the same core culture of Pearlfisher whilst being nimble to our surroundings here on the West Coast. All the while, searching for compelling creative ideas and ways to help clients go beyond the confines of the brief in hand. In the past 18 months we’ve seen the team double in size and have taken on a diverse set of projects, making me extremely excited for what’s to come this year and beyond.”
