Pearlfisher London Appoints Chloé Templeman as Executive Creative Director

Independent global brand design agency, Pearlfisher announce Chloé Templeman as Executive Creative Director of its London studio. This appointment marks a significant milestone in Pearlfisher’s journey of long-term growth and evolution, further bolstered by the recent appointment of Jason Brown as Global CEO of its London and New York studios.

Starting in April, Templeman will take the helm of the newly established role and guide the creative direction of Pearlfisher’s talented multidisciplinary design team. Her leadership will extend to the agency’s diverse client portfolio, which includes challenger and iconic brands across tech, beauty, healthcare, food and beverage, and lifestyle, among others.

Templeman brings a wealth of experience and a track record of success from her previous roles at Design Bridge, Brand Union, and big fish. Her work has earned numerous accolades, such as D&AD Pencils, Pentawards, New York Festivals, FAB Awards, and DBA Design Effectiveness Awards. Beyond her achievements, Templeman is committed to fostering emerging talent and advancing the industry. Chloé actively engages in mentorship and advocacy as Co-president of Pentawards and as an Executive Creative Director and mentor at D&AD Shift Studio.

In her new role, Templeman will report to David Jenkinson, Pearlfisher Partner, Design & Experience. Jenkinson says, “Chloé’s fantastic reputation within the industry, and her depth of experience, mean she is well placed to raise our creative excellence to new heights. Her passion and energy for design are truly inspiring and match our commitment to always diving deep into our design thinking and practice. We’re thrilled to have Chloé on board to amplify the creative firepower of our teams and to drive Pearlfisher’s success well into the future.”

Commenting on her new role, Chloé Templeman shared, “For me, Pearlfisher has always stood for the best in creative excellence within the industry, and I have had them on my radar throughout my whole career, sometimes even wishing I’d worked on that. They not only do brilliant work, they produce independent thinking and really push their clients and brands beyond the expected. So for me joining the London team now at a time of growth and opportunity is exciting and feels right. I hope to bring my creative energy, my passion for the big idea and my 16 years of experience to an already brilliant team. With Jason Brown now at the helm as CEO and working alongside David Jenkinson, I am excited for the future of Pearlfisher and the opportunities we can forge together.”
