St Luke’s completes senior leadership team with Rich Denney and Anastasia Terzeon promotions

St Luke’s has completed its senior leadership team line up following BBD Perfect Storm’s majority investment earlier this year, marking the next step in the agency’s growth as it expands its creative and strategic offering for clients.

The appointments see Rich Denney assume sole creative leadership as Chief Creative Officer and Anastasia Terzeon become Managing Director, joining Chief Strategy Officer Dan Hulse and Head of Transformation and Apostle Entertainment Managing Director Leanne Silman on St Luke’s senior leadership team.

The strengthened leadership team will continue to guide the agency’s next phase of growth, led by CEO Neil Henderson and Chairman Jason Foo.

The appointments come during a strong period for the agency, following its appointment to the Premier Foods roster and its new partnership with BBD Perfect Storm. The partnership brings together two complementary independent agencies while preserving the distinct brands and leadership of both businesses. Together, the group has expanded capabilities across strategy, creativity, CRM, social, content and brand transformation, while providing greater international reach for clients.

Multi-award winner Rich Denney will now lead the agency’s creative department. He joined St Luke’s in 2017, becoming Joint Chief Creative Officer in 2024, and now assumes sole responsibility for the agency’s creative leadership.

Rich was previously Executive Creative Director at MullenLowe London and has been recognised for his work at all the major awards shows, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, British Arrows, Creative Circle, Campaign BIG, The FAB Awards, Euro Effie and UK Effie.

Since joining St Luke’s, he has led some of the agency’s most recognised work, including the UK’s #StayHomeNow campaign, alongside campaigns for Butterkist, KP, Tyrrells, Heathrow, South Western Railway and Dole.

Anastasia Terzeon, previously Managing Partner, becomes Managing Director. She joined St Luke’s six years ago from Y&R, having previously worked at The & Partnership. She began her career client-side, leading behaviour change campaigns for national charity Drinkaware.

During her time at St Luke’s, Anastasia has been instrumental in winning and leading many of the agency’s key accounts, including Premier Foods, Wickes, Ocado and KP Snacks. Alongside client leadership, she has helped shape several of the agency’s people and culture initiatives, including programmes supporting early-career talent and returning parents.

Neil Henderson, CEO of St Luke’s, said:

“One of the joys of St Luke’s is the depth of talent we have within the agency, which allows us to develop and promote our own people. Rich and Anastasia are both exceptional leaders and have been at the heart of so many successes over the years, including our recent Premier Foods win. I’m excited to see them taking on these expanded leadership roles as we continue building an even stronger agency through our partnership with BBD Perfect Storm.”

Jason Foo, Chairman of St Luke’s and CEO of BBD Perfect Storm, said:

“One of the reasons we invested in St Luke’s was the exceptional quality of its people. Rich and Anastasia exemplify everything that makes the agency special—outstanding talent, deep client relationships and a culture that consistently develops leaders from within.

These appointments strengthen an already impressive leadership team. Together, we’re building a business that combines the entrepreneurial spirit and creative excellence that has always defined St Luke’s with the broader capabilities and international reach our partnership now provides.”

Rich Denney, Chief Creative Officer, said:

“St Luke’s has always been defined by its people. That’s what makes it so special, so it’s a privilege to help lead its next chapter alongside Anastasia, who has been incredible since day one. The new leadership team is united by a shared ambition: to create unforgettable work and build a culture where everyone has the space, support and trust to produce the work they’ll be remembered for.”

Anastasia Terzeon, Managing Director, said:

“There couldn’t be a better time to be stepping into this role. We’ve got an agency full of brilliant, ambitious people, fantastic clients and real momentum. There’s still plenty to do, but that’s what makes it exciting. I’m incredibly proud to be part of St Luke’s and excited to build on its legacy as we write the next chapter together.”

Founded in 1995 following a management buyout from TBWA Chiat Day, St Luke’s has built a reputation for its pioneering approach to agency culture and award-winning creative work.
