Following a competitive four-way pitch process, Thorpe Park Resort has hired creative brand communications agency Taylor Herring for retained consumer PR.
Taylor Herring’s main remit will be to launch the theme park’s biggest investment to date – a new star attraction from the mind of renowned master of manipulation Derren Brown.
The news was announced on October 26 via an exclusive interview with Derren and mind-bending portrait photography in which he appears to have had his mouth sewn up, and is carrying a brain in a jar – hinting towards his attraction’s theme.
Up until, and following, the attraction’s launch in Spring 2016, Taylor Herring will run a campaign comprised of creative content production, media events and ongoing press office. Following the launch the agency will focus on regular news generation and smaller-scale seasonal activity.
