CEO Lynne Hardman, said, “The employment market has undergone a huge transformation in the last year, driven by the pandemic. An unprecedented amount of people have experienced, or will soon be facing, redundancy, perhaps after a period of time on furlough. In a challenging job market, to succeed, they need to stand out and showcase skills.

We have spent decades developing powerful tools and resources to drive successful job searches and career transition. We wanted to broaden access to our programme so individual buyers can benefit. Redundancy can impact confidence and feel overwhelming. Our programme is designed to give the power to the job seeker and maximise their future career opportunities.”

Working Transitions have partnered with Creative Coalition to launch the service with a radio campaign that uses the chatter that goes on inside people’s heads when they have been hit by redundancy to showcase how www.flourishmycareer.co.uk  can help you get back to work.

Guy Moore, co-founder of Creative Coalition said, “Flourish is a brilliant service that has never been more needed.  So many people have been left reeling by the pandemic and need a helping hand to get back on their feet and so we were delighted to be able to work with the Working Transitions team to help introduce Flourish to everyone.”
