The Financial Times, in partnership with Statista, has added Yes& to its prestigious full annual roster of the Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies. Yes& is the full-service agency based in the Washington, DC area known for taking on clients’ most pressing business challenges. It has been an extraordinary growth run fuelled by acquisitions, new client wins, and successful campaigns for commercial, not-for-profit, and government clients.

This marks the sixth Financial Times’ annual report. Criteria for selection includes being wholly independent (not a subsidiary or a branch office of any kind) and based in North, South, or Central America. Strict revenue growth metrics are required to make the list.
“It is a great honor to be recognized in this way by The Financial Times,” said Yes& Founder & CEO Robert W. Sprague. “For us, growth is a way to create better opportunities for our people and better solutions for our clients.”
Among other growth strategies, Yes& has closed on fifteen acquisitions in recent years. Recent additions have included Williams Whittle, the legendary D.C. full service agency with a 55 year history of its own; Beacon Digital Marketing, a New York state-based firm expert in B2B marketing for fintech, cybersecurity, professional services, and SaaS; CommCore Consulting Group, providing communications training and crisis communications; and Lipman Hearne, the noted Chicago-based agency with nearly 50 years of history in higher education, not-for-profit, and philanthropy.
This is the first time Yes& has been selected for the Financial Times list. The agency has also been named twice to Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies and has appeared seven times on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing privately held companies in America.
“I am very proud of the Yes& team, which has delivered strong growth despite an unpredictable environment and massive change in the advertising industry,” added Sprague. “This recognition belongs to them and the clients who have believed in us for many years.”
Yes& delivers “positivity + possibility” through an expanding suite of capabilities, including branding, digital, social, analytics, media, advertising, customer experience (CX), market research, content development, studio services, event production, crisis communications, media training, and public relations.
