In tandem with a string of new project wins and website relaunch, independent creative and strategic advertising agency The Many promoted Creative Director Amy Matheu and hired Creative Director Mint Li and Associate Content Director Kevin Sullivan.
Amy Matheu has been promoted to creative director following two exceptional years of continued growth as the creative lead for Panda Express. In 2023, her creative stewardship oversaw the brand’s most successful Lunar New Year activation in company history as well as the integrated However You Panda campaign, which led the entire QSR category in effectiveness and conversion.
“Amy is an absolute force, not just as an award-winning art director and creative but also as a true agency leader. She is a passionate mentor of young creatives and has cultivated some of the agency’s strongest client relationships while challenging category conventions with every brief she takes on,” said Josh Paialii, head of Creative.
Mint Li joins The Many as creative director of Design. Prior to joining, she served as CD & Design director at Rosewood Creative and art director at Full Screen Media. She’s being tapped to lead a new design perspective at the agency.
“Mint’s creative prowess lives at the intersection of global design systems, IP entertainment and production innovation. And if that sounds like a lot, that’s because Mint can do it all,” added Paialii.
Kevin Sullivan joins the team from Movers and Shakers where he was the content creator and creative producer for e.l.f. Cosmetics and Target. He’s now stepping into a newly defined role within the agency, associate content director.
When asked why the creation of a new role, Paialii believes, “The need for brand storytellers to adopt a ‘make and iterate at speed’ approach has never been greater. Kevin isn’t just an experienced and highly strategic content creator. He’s also helping us develop a new way for our brand partners to participate in and at the speed of social.”
At The Many, they don’t do passive. They make work that starts conversations and demands participation: immersive AR and VR experiences, activations, stunts, long-form and short-form content, supercharged with AI and injected with strategy and media so they can guarantee results.
They are the creators of modern-day culture in all its forms. Powered by the industry’s brightest coders, creators, directors, documentary makers, SFX, and AI freaks.
Established in 2010, they have created everything from world-record-breaking activations and feature-length documentaries to award-winning social campaigns and traditional advertising work.
