Global experiential agency Momentum appoints Grace Wright as Head of Growth, Europe. The role will support Momentum’s European President, Matt Lewis.

Wright is a strategic growth leader with two decades of success scaling London’s most innovative creative agencies – supporting them in making work that matters and helping brands unlock what’s next in culture, experience and growth. She has a track record of leading growth and new business, most recently serving as Global Growth Director at Imagination.
Known for combining strategic rigour with instinctive relationship-building, she has led high-stakes pitches, designed and unlocked new growth opportunities, and built partnerships across retail, luxury, automotive, financial services and technology.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: the most commercially powerful thing a brand can do is make people feel something real. As technology continues to shape the advertising industry, she has built her career around the power of human connection; reading a room, understanding what a client needs and creating the moment that shifts a relationship.
