Former StrawberryFrog Exec Joins Management Team to Expand Agency’s Impact

nmbl, the independent full-service agency founded six years ago and now working with some of the world’s leading brands, has hired Jeb Blatt as its first-ever president. Blatt joins from StrawberryFrog, where he served as partner and chief growth officer.
At nmbl, Blatt will partner with founder and CEO Corel Theuma, CSO Alex Sopchak and CCO James Rogala to shape the agency’s growth and future. With the motto “Outperform Yesterday,” nmbl is built on the belief that small, focused teams outperform bloated ones by listening closely, moving quickly and obsessing over what truly drives impact. The agency’s clients include Nespresso, Vital Proteins, Garden of Life, Search Agora, TAG Heuer, OpenAI and many challenger brands.
Blatt is a veteran new business and growth executive who has served in senior roles at experiential giant Jack Morton Worldwide, Stagwell’s Doner Partners Network and, most recently, StrawberryFrog, where he played a crucial role in an impressive new business streak that brought in 14 new clients. His efforts helped the agency regain its reputation as one of the industry’s most respected creative powerhouses.
“Building a great company isn’t about making yourself more important to it. It’s about building something that can become bigger, better and more ambitious because of the people you trust to lead it. That’s why I’m incredibly proud to name Jeb our first president and add his experience and vision to our leadership team,” said Theuma. “Jeb’s radical client-centricity and unmatched authenticity are just what we need as we expand our offering to clients looking outside the big-box-store agency model. We don’t make assumptions or use recycled thinking. We understand our clients’ businesses faster and more deeply than they expect and then move their brands and businesses ahead. And Jeb will supercharge that.”
“Blatt cited the agency’s close client relationships, relentless work ethic, optimistic culture and strong chemistry as key reasons for making the move. “The people at nmbl have built something our industry really needs, and I jumped at the chance to join their mission to reframe how agencies partner with clients,” Blatt said. “nmbl is already delivering great results for amazing brands. Now it’s time to bring that magic to even more clients.”
After earning his BA in English at the University of Richmond, Blatt’s first job was in account development at Jack Morton Worldwide, Boston, part of IPG, one of the industry’s most successful experiential agencies. He quickly rose through the ranks and was named Senior VP, Strategic Growth, helping the agency land accounts such as Subway, Peloton, Nespresso, Google, LEGO, Reebok, Molson Coors, Hasbro, Biogen, Walmart, Vistaprint, Church & Dwight and Lenovo.
After 16 years, he joined Stagwell’s Doner Partners Network as chief growth officer, where he played a key role in driving a 54% increase in new business, with wins including L.L.Bean, Saucony, Tishman Speyer, Qurate Retail Group (QVC, HSN), Georgia-Pacific, Illumina, Stellantis Fleet and Oak Street Health.
