Be Sweet Films Rebrands as BSWT, Signalling a Bold New Creative Era

The international production company is led by Founder & Executive Producer Juan San Roman and Executive Producer Luciano Firmo

International production company, Be Sweet Films, has announced a rebrand as it enters into a new phase of growth with a renewed focus on culture defining work, music-led and concept-driven ideas. This refreshed approach reflects a shift in both positioning and creative output to better align creative proposals with agency and client needs.

The move follows a period of internal change, including the arrival of new soon-to-be -announced directing talent.

Now known as BSWT, the company’s strategic and creative focus is led by Founder and Executive Producer Juan San Roman who has more than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual industry and founded the company in 2012.

Juan is joined in the company’s new vision by Executive Producer Luciano Firmo, who brings his extensive experience from agencies such as AlmapBBDO, Fallon São Paulo, and JWT Delvico Madrid. He has also made his mark as an independent Executive Producer and co-founder of Zeitgeist Talent Curator.
