Boldspace has announced the appointment of ex-Hunter Design Strategy Director Chloe Beckett to the position of Strategy Director.
Beckett, who joined Boldspace this week, will be a senior figure in the agency’s brand building division reporting directly to Co-CEO, Nick Ford-Young.
Brand building and creative services clients range from luxury and travel brands such as One&Only and Virgin Limited Edition, food and drink including TGI Fridays, Dodoni and Mallow & Marsh, plus a myriad of brands across other sectors.
Beckett spent time as a copywriter at Verbalisation with a particular focus on using language and psychology to create behaviour change – a logical progression from a master’s in Philosophy at University of Cambridge – before spending five years at Hunter Design leading strategy for many luxury, lifestyle and destination brands. Chloe’s previous clients include Guinness, General Motors, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Thames Water, and Landsec.
Boldspace has grown exponentially in the four years since the agency was founded. The team is now 50 strong, with clients including Charles Tyrwhitt, Direct Line and Knight Frank.
Nick Ford-Young, Co-founder at Boldspace, said: “Boldspace is an agency built with brand strategy at its core. Chloe is an incredibly exciting addition to the brand building team, bringing exceptional experience and talent across brand strategy, planning and business development. As we push to make data and creativity simultaneously accessible, meaningful and empowering for all brands, Chloe’s appointment is another important step towards this vision. We are hugely excited about the world-class team we continue to build, and what that means for our clients.”
Commenting on her appointment, Chloe Beckett said: “I am so excited to be taking on this role. Boldspace has achieved incredible things in its short time as a business through its progressive approach to brand building, communications and analytics, with an ever-growing list of ambitious, exciting clients. I am extremely excited to get going!”
