Clarion Communications Announces Wave of Senior Promotions and Strategic Hires Fuelling Continued Growth

Clarion Communications has announced a series of senior promotions and strategic hires reflecting the agency’s continued investment in its team and new business growth including recent wins such as Cathay Pacific, Hovis, The Shard, Bridor and Bread & Butter Wines.

Over the past year, Clarion has promoted 30% of its employees in both its London and Glasgow offices, demonstrating its commitment to nurturing talent and recognising exceptional performance. Among the recent senior team promotions, Glasgow-based Lynne Hughes has been appointed Deputy Managing Partner, bringing over seven years of experience at Clarion to her new role working across both corporate and consumer accounts including Cigna Healthcare and The Shard. James Wainwright, a Clarion veteran of over 11 years has also been promoted to Associate Director covering trade communications – an area that Clarion has seen significant growth in year on year (10.4%). He joins Hannah Ryan, a key player on the Aldi account which the agency has held for 14 years, who has been promoted to Associate Director.

In addition to internal promotions, Clarion has strengthened its senior leadership team with key hires. Megan Pryor joins the agency’s growing trade team as Senior Account Director, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise having worked with brands including Estrella Damm, Treasury Wine Estates and London Coffee Festival. Hannah Wellington also joins as Account Director, further bolstering the agency’s capabilities as she brings experience working with the likes of Aperol, Godiva and Virgin Voyagers.
