Coolr bolsters growth team with appointment of Jenni Evans as Growth Director

Coolr, one of the UK’s fastest-growing independent social media agencies, has appointed Jenni Evans as Growth Director. This is the agency’s second Growth Director appointment, as the agency continues to scale. The appointment comes after a year of strong momentum for Coolr, which has achieved more than 20% growth in 2025.

In her new position, Evans will work closely with Coolr’s senior growth team, alongside Karen Forbes as Chief Growth Officer and Fee Meynell as Growth Director, to drive lead generation and conversion across the business. Her remit will span relationship management with new clients, process and operations, content marketing and account-based marketing, strengthening Coolr’s approach to growth.

Evans brings over a decade of experience in new business and marketing roles across leading social and creative agencies. Most recently, she was New Business & Marketing Director at creative social agency That Lot where she led in securing high profile wins in the alcohol and financial services sectors. Prior to this, Evans held similar roles at Eleven Miles and Iris, securing major client wins across sectors including sports and FMCG. Evans also spent two years at Born Social as a senior director in the new business team and four years at Karmarama.

Alongside her new business credentials, Evans is passionate about driving positive change for women across the industry. She previously founded Represent Creative Network, supporting young women into creative careers. Evans also received a WACL Talent Award in 2021, which recognises emerging female+ leaders in media, marketing, advertising and communications. As part of the award, she was granted a bursary to complete a public speaking course at RADA, supporting her professional and personal development. Evans also championed and secured industry-leading enhanced maternity policies at Karmarama and continues to support the sector as a longstanding NABS ambassador.
