The former Netflix executive brings to DUDE a cross-functional vision spanning strategy, creativity, and production
DUDE Milan have hired Jacopo Turrini as Integrated Production Director. He will lead the Production department with the goal of strengthening the role of production within the agency’s creative and design process.
Turrini will work closely with strategy and creative teams to integrate a production perspective into the campaign development process, helping to build projects designed to live across different formats.
He has worked across marketing, production, and strategy for companies such as Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, Babbel, and HelloFresh, developing a cross-functional view of creative and production processes. At DUDE, he will contribute to the development of an agile and scalable production ecosystem capable of rapidly managing and adapting content at scale.
“To evolve, production must step out of its role as a downstream executor and become a true strategic partner,” explains Turrini. “This also requires a cultural shift for those working in production: not only stepping in at the end to assess costs and feasibility, but contributing to the development of ideas from the earliest stages. Production must be integrated from the outset, working alongside creative and strategy teams to develop concepts that are already conceived to be executed across different platforms, from online to offline.”
At DUDE, Turrini will facilitate collaboration between production teams, creatives, strategists, and account teams throughout the entire project journey. The aim is to respond to the growing demand for flexible, integrated campaigns capable of adapting to production needs while maintaining consistency with briefs, strategy, and creative concepts.
“The world of production out there is changing extremely fast. On the one hand, video production, on the other, events, and finally post-production. These three pillars have always been part of our DNA,” continues Lorenzo del Bianco, Founder and CEO of DUDE. “What we were missing at this stage, as the complexity of the interconnections increased, was a role that could coordinate our three production areas from both a design and management perspective. A connecting link and a single point of reference for creatives, account teams, strategists, and of course clients. That’s why we created the integrated production team, and that’s why we chose Jacopo.”
Turrini’s appointment strengthens DUDE’s path toward a model in which production is not an add-on, but the heart of the work.
