LAB Group has announced the appointment of Harpreet Bushell to the newly created role of Chief Growth Officer.
Bushell joins from digital agency Valtech, where she spent just over two years as Commercial Director, with responsibility for new business. As a member of the global alliances team for Microsoft and Sitecore, Bushell developed joint lead generation and business development strategies globally and regionally during her time at the agency.
In her new role, Bushell will be responsible for the overall revenue growth of LAB Group’s agencies, which include LAB and Reflect Digital, with a key focus on digital business. She will work to help unite all of the group’s revenue earners with achievable targets, and to facilitate teamwork and collaboration. She will report directly to LAB Group CEO, Jonny Tooze, and will oversee the group’s revenue generating teams.
Bushell has over 13 years’ experience in generating new business across digital services, products and licences, with expertise in marketing, sales, partner management, analyst relations and client management. In 2019, she was featured in The BD100, in association The Drum (the list of the UK’s most influential business developers). She has been a Sitecore MVP three years running, and she is also a Tech London Advocate.
