Meet The People (MTP), one of North America’s leading independent advertising agency holding companies, today announced that Maria Politis Moutsatsos has joined the organization as General Counsel.
Moutsatsos joins MTP from The Interpublic Group of Companies (IPG), one of the world’s largest agency holding companies, where she most recently served as General Counsel of McCann Worldgroup and Senior Vice President & Associate General Counsel of IPG. In more than 20 years at IPG, she advised the leadership on commercial transactions, intellectual property, privacy, AI governance, and corporate strategy.
At Meet The People, Moutsatsos will oversee legal affairs and advise the leadership on corporate growth, governance, commercial agreements, and the legal issues shaping the advertising, media, and technology industries.

Moutsatsos earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Cornell University.
