Net Conversion Expands Leadership Team With Three New VPs And National Footprint With Chicago Office

Net Conversion, the Orlando-based performance media agency, is adding three vice presidents and opening its first Midwest office as the company positions itself for its next phase of growth.

The agency has named Logan Marshall as Vice President of Analytics, Sara Eader as Vice President of Integrated Media, and Joshuah Rodery as Vice President of Finance. Net Conversion also announced plans to open a Chicago office in Spring 2026 — its first in the Midwest.

“These three leaders are joining us as architects of our next chapter,” said Ryan Fitzgerald, founder and CEO of Net Conversion. “By bringing Logan, Sara, and Joshuah into these critical leadership roles, their expertise ensures that we can scale while maintaining the strategic depth and agility required to drive meaningful bottom-line growth for our partners and support our growing roster of clients.”

New hires

Logan Marshall, VP of Analytics: Logan joins from Guideline AI, where he served as Senior Director of Analytics & Insights. A Chicago-based analytics strategist with experience at major publishers and media technology companies, Marshall specializes in building measurement systems that translate fragmented data into business decisions. At Net Conversion, he will lead the agency’s analytics practice and help clients move from instinct-based marketing to insight-driven strategy.

Sara Eader, VP of Integrated Marketing: Sara previously served as Senior Director of Member Growth & Marketing at NBCUniversal. She has experience across media, entertainment, travel, and lifestyle verticals, where she led full-funnel acquisition and retention strategies for high-growth direct-to-consumer products. Based in Orlando, Eader will oversee the agency’s integrated media strategy and client growth initiatives.

Joshuah Rodery, VP of Finance: Joshuah comes to Net Conversion from Commonwealth Fusion Systems, a nuclear fusion energy company, where he led management and cost accounting operations. Rodery brings expertise in financial reporting, R&D tax credit optimization, project accounting, and managing complex financing initiatives. In his new role, he will oversee Net Conversion’s financial operations and build the infrastructure to support the agency’s continued growth.

The expansion follows a year of record momentum for Net Conversion. By focusing on agility at scale, the agency continues to differentiate itself from traditional holding companies. Its 2026 strategy centers on providing partners with “strategic depth” — the ability to not only see the data but to understand the human behavior behind it.

“Net Conversion is reaching new heights because we aren’t just buying media; we are architecting growth,” said Jim Lyons, Net Conversion’s Chief Growth Officer. “The addition of Logan, Sara and Joshuah, combined with our new Chicago presence, allows us to bring our unique blend of agility as scale, intelligence-driven, human-led analytics, and senior-level strategic expertise to more brands than ever before.”
