NewTerritory strengthens senior team with key hires

Brand experience and design studio NewTerritory, whose clients include Aeroméxico, Delta Air Lines, Mercedes-Benz, Coca-Cola, Ford, Bang & Olufsen and Panasonic, has made two senior appointments as it looks ahead to further growth in 2026.

Jack Holloway joins the studio as Creative Director, while Isabella Speight is appointed Client Strategy Director, strengthening NewTerritory’s creative and client leadership at a time of increasing global demand for its work.

Jack brings a multi-disciplinary background spanning architecture, product design and visual identity. He spent over seven years at Landor and more than five years at Pentagram, developing a holistic approach to brand building that uses creativity to solve complex business challenges.

Holloway’s experience spans product, environment and experience design, with work for brands including Starbucks, Amazon and Verizon, as well as retail and hospitality environments for Great Western Railways and Nespresso. His work has been recognised internationally by Cannes Lions, D&AD and the Dezeen Awards, and his collaboration with ORDO on an accessible toothbrush was named one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2023.

As Client Strategy Director, Isabella Speight joins NewTerritory from Construct, bringing extensive experience leading complex, large-scale brand programmes and long-term client relationships. At Construct, she led projects for House of Shinsegae, The Dorchester Collection, London Square and Maison Grace.

Prior to this, Speight held a senior role within the entertainment and media industry, where she developed a strong instinct for storytelling, audience engagement and cultural relevance. This experience continues to shape her strategic approach today, helping brands connect with discerning global audiences through emotionally intelligent, experience-led thinking.

Commenting on the appointments, Ben Harding, Managing Director at NewTerritory, said: “2025 was a year of accelerated growth for NewTerritory, creatively and commercially. As we look ahead, Jack and Isabella significantly strengthen our creative and client leadership. Their combined creative depth and strategic rigour positions us strongly as we continue to scale, with a number of new projects launching throughout 2026.”

The appointments follow a landmark year for NewTerritory, which included significant new client wins across the automotive, aviation and hospitality sectors and a series of major global project launches. These included launching the studio’s automotive division, Delta Air Lines’ cabin redesign and Aeroméxico’s Premier One Experience. In 2025, the studio also attracted international attention culminating in its acquisition by US-based experience consultancy, geniant.

Operating at the intersection of brand, experience and design, NewTerritory was founded by Luke Miles, former Head of Design at Virgin Atlantic and LG Europe, and is led by Miles alongside Managing Director Ben Harding, a seasoned brand and business strategist with extensive experience scaling creative agencies.
