Designhouse partnered with the Springer Nature Group to create their new, and first, employer brand. Springer Nature is a world leading research, educational and professional publisher, with a presence across the globe. Through its portfolio of brands, it was established over 180 years ago and now has a global force with over 9,500 employees in 200 offices in 45 countries.
The employer brand proposition ‘Be Part of Progress’, is inspired by their vision to accelerate solutions to the world biggest challenges, enabling millions of researchers, educators and clinicians to access, trust and make sense of the latest insights across the globe.
Designhouse’s creative concept brings this proposition to life. Inspired by their brand trapezium, they have created an inviting doorway, which symbolises a new world of fresh possibilities, new opportunities, and career progression.
The journey is enriched with a vibrant colour palette that mirrors the energy and enthusiasm of the Springer Nature Group employees. At the heart of the brand are bespoke icons, each representing the three promises that sit alongside the proposition: Be Yourself, Develop Your Curiosity and Stretch Your Horizons.
A coordinated launch event took place across the globe earlier this month at Springer Nature Group’s offices in London, New York, Beijing and Berlin. As part of the launch, Designhouse created large scale wall murals, interactive photo frames and cupcakes. Alongside this, Designhouse produced a new brand video which also launched at the event and across social media. The video’s engaging and inspiring visuals and messaging really captivated the audience and inspired employees to Be Part of Progress! Designhouse are currently working on deliverables for phase two which include individual promise videos, pull up banners, animated digital stickers and onboarding kits.
Group Head of Corporate Affairs, Joyce Lorigan said: “Kudos to Designhouse for their creative energy and a huge thank you to the team who really gave it their all!”
