Perfect Stranger launches as a global integrated creative company from Hornet

New creative company brings together strategy, brand, advertising, design and production for integrated, end-to-end creative work

Multidisciplinary creative studio Hornet today announces the launch of full-stack sister creative company Perfect Stranger, offering brands a fully integrated approach to brand strategy, design and advertising production.

Daniel Fries – Executive Creative Director , Perfect Stranger

Created in response to growing demand for more agile creative partners, Perfect Stranger combines agency-level strategic thinking with Hornet’s 25 years of production expertise to deliver seamless work from concept through execution.

The company supports global brands – in sectors including entertainment, enterprise technology and consulting – with the growing challenge of reaching consumers who have become experts at avoiding traditional advertising.

Perfect Stranger achieves cut-through and impact for clients by moving fluidly between brand, advertising and production, with an integrated approach that avoids the traditional handoffs between each function.

Daniel Fries, who leads Perfect Stranger as Executive Creative Director, explains: “We created Perfect Stranger in response to a very real need we were seeing from brands for a more agile, more integrated creative partner.

“We are bringing together strategy, brand, advertising, design, and production in a way that makes the process feel seamless for clients, while giving them access to the depth of creative craft and expertise within Hornet.”

Launching with a headcount of 20, the company expects to continue expanding its creative, account and business development capabilities over the coming year.

As a Hornet company, Perfect Stranger will work in close partnership with Hornet’s global creative and production network, while maintaining its distinct focus on brand-forward and strategically driven work.

The combined client roster across the two companies includes Trimble/SketchUp, eero, Homes.com and 100-year-old Japanese manga publisher, Kodansha.
