Raymond James has appointed Spiros Kurtidis as Head of Marketing for its combined UK business as the firm unifies under a single Raymond James brand and accelerates its growth ambitions across the UK wealth management market. He will join the business on 19 October 2026.

Kurtidis joins from Quilter Cheviot, where he spent more than 15 years, most recently as Head of Marketing. He brings extensive experience in wealth management marketing, brand strategy, client engagement and integrated wealth management, having supported the promotion of investment management and financial planning propositions to clients and wealth managers.
Reporting to newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer Anna Pollins, he will lead Marketing across the combined Raymond James business, bringing together existing marketing teams and helping shape the firm’s next phase of growth.
His appointment reflects the increasing importance of marketing in communicating Raymond James’ integrated wealth management proposition, showcasing the breadth of its investment management, financial planning and asset management capabilities, and supporting growth across both its wealth management and asset management businesses.
Anna Pollins, Chief Commercial Officer at Raymond James, said:
“As we come together under one Raymond James brand, I am delighted to welcome Spiros to the business. He brings a strong track record in wealth management marketing, deep industry expertise and a clear understanding of how to build brands that connect with both clients and wealth managers.
As we continue to build an integrated wealth management business, combining investment management and financial planning solutions to meet a broader range of client needs, communicating the value of our proposition has never been more important. Spiros will play an important role in raising awareness of the breadth of our capabilities, supporting the attraction of entrepreneurial wealth managers and helping drive growth across both our wealth management and asset management businesses.
Marketing will play a critical role in supporting our ambition to become a leading wealth management firm in the UK. Spiros will help bring our unified brand to life, strengthen our profile in the market and support growth across the business.”
In his new role, Kurtidis will be responsible for leading Raymond James‘ UK marketing strategy, including supporting the final stages of business integration, strengthening brand awareness, enhancing the client experience and helping clients better understand and benefit from the full range of services available across the business.
A key priority will be supporting the firm’s growth ambitions by strengthening Raymond James’ position as a destination of choice for wealth managers and wealth management firms, clearly articulating the flexibility, support and opportunities available through its range of affiliation options. He will work closely with colleagues across the business to support growth across the wealth management and asset management divisions while further strengthening Raymond James’ profile and reputation in the UK market.
