redpill, the original influencer marketing agency, powered by creative and driven by ROI, is proud to wrap up 2024 with an official B Corp certification and its highest total yet raised for charity at over £5000. The agency has also achieved the IPA People First Promise badge of honour, which is awarded to agencies that are actively invested in and engaged in supporting employee’s mental health.
2025 is set to be an even bigger and better year for redpill as the team continues to strive to balance profit with planet and its people. The agency has committed to supporting two charity organisations in 2025, including Stepney City Farm – where redpill are funding school groups to attend a workshop every month throughout 2024 and into 2025, and Young Women’s Trust. The agency is also currently working towards the ambitious fundraising goal of £8,000 for the Sandals Foundation which is funding the neonatal unit at the Milton Cato Hospital, the main neonatal unit for St Vincent and the Grenadines:

In the past 12 months, redpill has strived to contribute to support its local area and its staff. At Stepney City Farm, the team also took part in a full whole team volunteering day where they helped to build new areas for the animals, weeding, planting, cleaning, fixing roofs and much more.
As part of redpill’s corporate social responsibility activities, Young Women’s Trust (YWT) are being provided with creator campaign services to bolster YWT’s existing marketing activities now, and beyond, into 2025. Young Women’s Trust champions young women, campaigning for equal pay, opportunities, and simultaneously, tackling sexism and misogyny. The expertise of redpill’s talent has been welcome in developing a creator campaign approach to raise awareness of key topics and facts resulting from YWT’s annual report.
The recent B Corp certification recognises the agency’s commitment to raising standards within five impact areas: Governance, Workers, Environment, Community and Customers. While the certification process requires a score of over 80 to pass, redpill achieved a score of 100.3. With such a strong start, and with your score needing to increase each time you recertify, redpill already has plans and to continue to increase its people and planet commitments and contributions.
Henry Collins stated, “We commit to prioritising our people and the planet alongside profit. It means we strive to create positive impact through our work and foster a culture of inclusivity, sustainability, and ethical practices.”
In recognition of the agency supporting the mental health and wellbeing of its people, redpill has also been awarded the IPA People First Promise Badger of honour. The People First Promise was launched by IPA president Josh Krichefski in January. It is designed to encourage the businesses that sign up to illustrate their duty of care to employees, future talent and clients.
