SCS is recruiting new talent from the brand and agency sides and promoting existing talent across creative, digital, marketing, media, and strategy.
Following its acquisition of Swarm last August, “talent continues to be a priority at SCS, with a focus on finding a diverse set of creative minds and experienced digital marketers who want to help clients of all sizes reach their goals through collaboration and forward-thinking strategy,” said SCS Founder & CEO, James Schiefer.
SCS announced that corporate consultant and Coke veteran Rebecca Barker Cedrone has joined as Brand Director. Additional new hires include: Roman Sandler as VP Media from Media Director at PureCars; Roman Sandler who joins as Senior Brand Solutions Director, a new position, from Digital Account Supervisor at Taco Bell; Richard Accardi as Brand Solutions Director from Account Director at email and eCRM agency BrightWave; and Nahla Elshatanofy as Media Supervisor on the Irvine Media team from Social Media Strategist at Hearts & Science, New York.
In addition, Heather Broscious joins as SVP Brand Solutions in Atlanta, counterpart to SVP Brand Solutions Tommy Campagne in Irvine, who was promoted from VP. Broscious was previously Brand Director at gas station retailer RaceTrac.
Jason Prance also has been added as VP Strategy from consultant at Prance Consulting. He continues as President of Fuse Atlanta (formerly Atlanta Interactive Marketing Association). And Jeremy Agers joins as Senior Director Strategy, Social & Digital, leading SCS’s Social practice, from Director of Marketing of Elephant Craft Hard Seltzer; while Brittany White has been hired as Director of Project Management, from Associate Director Account Management at Teads.

● Sam Tinsley to Media Supervisor, from Media Planner to lead Vans US media account from Irvine
● Lauren Harvey promoted to Director Project Management from Senior Resource & Project Manager
● Christina Park promoted to Director Insights & Analytics, from Sr Manager Business Insights to lead new Analytics department at SCS, Christina is a Masters in Quantitative Methods from Columbia
