HEADSPACE Launches Playful Seasonal Campaign To Remind Consumers To Embrace All Their Feelings This Holiday Season

A new campaign by the global leader in mindfulness, Headspace, playfully acknowledges the chaos that comes with Christmas and reminds Londoners to embrace the mix of emotions as we head into the festive season. The campaign is supported by the launch of new in-app content entitled ‘Happier Holidays’ - a series of meditations, music, and exercises for finding some headspace this December. Both a meditation and a sleepcast from the collection can be accessed for free at headspace.com/hohoho.
