The Digital Voice™ PR agency adds Parallel to its client roster

The Customer Suitability platform becomes the fifth company in five weeks to appoint The Digital Voice™ as its agency of record

The Digital Voice™, the specialist B2B PR and amplification agency for the adtech and technology marketing sector, has announced it has been selected by Customer Suitability platform, Parallel, as its agency of record in the UK and APAC. The account win is the agency’s fifth in the last five weeks.

Parallel is an industry-first platform that introduces the concept of Customer Suitability – a new approach to media buying that aims to bring the voice of the customer into every advertising impression. Launched in Sydney and London, Parallel uses digital twins to enable brands to quantify and optimise resonance – the fit between a customer, an ad and the content they’re viewing – across live advertising campaigns.

The addition of Parallel to The Digital Voice’s™ client roster comes off the back of four other recent account wins, including Brave Browser & Search Engine; quality assurance platform adnomaly; AI decisioning and revenue optimisation technology for sell-side media, Assertive Yield; and non-profit AI content transparency initiative OpenAttribution.

“Having worked with Julia and her team during my time at Playground xyz and subsequently GumGum, it was a no-brainer to bring them on board to spread the word about what we’re building here,” said Parallel CEO and Founder, Rob Hall. “I’ve seen first-hand the impact their work has, and I know this will be a great partnership for us.”

“Parallel is doing something unique and much-needed in the adtech space and with Rob Hall at the helm, it was an easy decision to partner with them,” said Julia Linehan, CEO and founder of The Digital Voice™. “They have a great story to tell and we are fired up to help them tell it. More importantly, we know good tech when we see it, and Parallel is exceptional, providing a much needed solution for brands to make their advertising work harder.”
