TUX Creative House, the award-winning full-service creative agency, has brought on 19 new team members across its Montreal and Los Angeles offices. The hires span disciplines including creative, client partnership, strategy, finance and HR, strengthening the agency’s creative capabilities and operational leadership as TUX continues to scale its multidisciplinary offering for midsize and global brands.

Over the past year, TUX doubled its U.S. business by acquiring L.A.-based agency Another Creative. It also opened a new headquarters of approximately 3,000 square feet in Culver City’s Arts District.

The agency saw significant organic growth from clients including Levi’s, W Hotels and Bausch Health, while adding new accounts such as Maybelline New York, First Aid Beauty, Ralph Lauren Fragrances and Great Wolf Resorts, for which TUX was named creative and production agency of record. The momentum earned TUX a spot on Inc. magazine’s 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies, with 46% revenue growth from fiscal 2022 through fiscal 2025. The agency was also recognised as one of Adweek’s Fastest-Growing Agencies for the second consecutive year.

Three associate creative directors join the agency. Jessica Fecteau (Montreal) arrives from Cosette with more than 11 years of experience shaping brands across fashion, beauty, food, tourism and culture, including work on Lacoste, VIA Rail and Tourisme Québec. Alexander Nguyen (Los Angeles) joins from Walmart and brings a background as a fashion and editorial photographer and commercial director, with work for brands including Nike and Topicals. Caroline Ridings (Los Angeles) was most recently head of design at Nécessaire and previously held roles at ARMRA and Jenni Kayne. She specialises in building visual systems across campaigns, physical experiences and digital touchpoints.

In art direction, Noa Julien (Montreal) returns to TUX full time after freelancing with the agency for five years, bringing Swiss training and a focus on editorial design, print and branding. Fanny Vézina (Montreal) joins as senior art director after seven years at Compagnie et Compagnie, where she created work for some of Montreal’s leading theatre and cultural institutions. Blake Gilley (Montreal) joins as motion designer. Born in Vancouver and based in Montreal, Gilley has worked across documentary, gallery installations, tech and advertising, including national broadcast documentaries and immersive mixed-reality experiences.

Two designers round out the creative team. Félix Salera-Simard (Montreal) brings together art direction, graphic design and digital strategy, with experience spanning creative, strategy and analytics.

Natalie Podaima (Montreal) joins as strategist, bringing experience at Hootsuite and several years of independent work in brand strategy, social media and writing across tech and culture.

Guillaume Savard (Montreal) returns to TUX as client partner director with more than 12 years of experience in marketing and branding. Camille Dumont (Montreal) also joins as client partner director, arriving from Compagnie et Compagnie with extensive agency experience.

Gabrielle Gagnon (Montreal) joins as senior client partner, bringing four years of client partnership experience and a designer’s eye developed while leading design for a Montreal handbag brand. Priscilla Yung (Montreal) joins as client partner with five years of experience on both the client and agency sides. She brings a well-rounded perspective, creative curiosity and a strong analytical mindset.

Two client partners join in Los Angeles. She specialises in transforming client challenges into strategic creative solutions.

Étienne Bernard (Montreal) joins as financial controller. A CPA with several years of experience at a major accounting firm and in the sports industry, he will support the agency’s financial operations and continued growth.

Renée-Maude Dostie (Montreal) joins as director of talent experience. A former client services director with 20 years of agency experience, Renée-Maude has worked on major Canadian accounts and demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing teams, with a strong people-first approach.

“This is a moment worth celebrating,” said Dominic Tremblay, CEO and co-founder of TUX Creative House. “Culture and craft are at the heart of everything we do, and the people joining us embody both. They bring exceptional skill and a real range of perspectives. Montreal and Los Angeles are two of the world’s great cultural cities, and having talent of this calibre in both is what makes TUX what it is.”
