Expanded Space in Culver City’s Prestigious Arts District Serves Agency’s Growth Needs
TUX Creative House–the award-winning full-service creative agency–has opened the doors on a new office building that will serve as the company’s U.S. center of operations and facilitate the agency’s sustained rapid growth.
The new location at 3201 La Cienega Avenue is within walking distance of the bustling Culver City Arts District. The exterior of the one-story building boasts a minimal, Southwestern-leaning design of whitewashed and weathered concrete walls, large windows and red slate roof tiles. The interior is open loft space, with approximately 3,000 square feet of space and includes a private outdoor patio. The location previously served as the home of trailblazing cultural figure Carlye Packer’s eponymous art gallery. The deal was handled by Michael Preiss at RSFLA Commercial Real Estate, Los Angeles.
The move follows the agency’s last two years at NeueHouse Venice Beach, a private coworking office that housed a number of creative businesses. “We’re thrilled to have the space we need to accommodate our new hires, our fast-growing portfolio of assignments from existing and new clients and to integrate our latest technologies across all our capabilities,” said Dominic Tremblay, co-founder CEO, TUX. “The new space will allow us to work better and create more meaningful connections among all our team members, teams and clients.”
TUX recently hosted an opening soirée, attended by more than 150 team members, clients and friends of the agency, and featured food, cocktails, live music and Tarot card readings.
On a winning streak for three years, the company’s annual revenue jumped 43% percent in the U.S. in 2025, thanks to organic growth from clients such as W Hotels, Levi’s and Bausch Health and new business from First Aid Beauty, Maybelline U.S., Bonafide Health, Rehlko, Sacheu, Ralph Lauren and Innisfree USA. TUX also dedicated 2025 to rebuilding its entire internal operating system from the ground up–creating a proprietary AI model that connected market strategy, brand positioning, media planning and buying, creative services and production into one seamless data stream. Tremblay and co-founder Ludwig Ciupka have said they expect AI to allow the agency to go faster and provide best-in-class service to its clients.
The agency, founded in 2010 by Dominic Tremblay and Ludwig Ciupka, maintains production and post-production capabilities in Montreal. The independent agency’s employees deliver 360-degree services that include advertising, branding and design, digital and social marketing, content marketing, architecture and retail design, production and post-production, photography, videography, media strategy and placement.
Adweek named TUX one of its “Fastest Growing Agencies” in 2025. The agency also earned recognition as an Advertising Age Silver Award Winner for Best Agency Culture in 2024 and was named to INC. Magazine’s Best in Business list the same year. TUX is also a certified LBGTQ+ business.
