The UK’s Kitchen Retail Specialist, Wren Kitchens have appointed the award winning digital agency, Tribal Worldwide London, to handle their digital offering following a competitive four-way pitch.
Tribal Worldwide London has been tasked with creating a best-in-class customer centric website. Wren Kitchens appointed Tribal to support their mission of being ‘the’ destination for Kitchens in the UK.
The founders of Wren have kitchens in their DNA. Back in the 1970s, they acquired the Hygena brand which became the largest kitchen manufacturer in the UK. In 1987, they took the same successful formula – great quality kitchens at an affordable price – to the US and launched Mills Pride. It went on to become the second largest kitchen manufacturer in the United States.
Over four decades of passion and experience in kitchen design and manufacture is at the heart of everything Wren does – along with a multi-million-pound investment strategy. Wren showrooms display the largest range of kitchens in the UK with high-tech tools and skilled Kitchen Designers to help customers bring the kitchens of their dreams to life. All of Wren’s kitchens are manufactured in their own state-of-the-art facilities in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, built to order and delivered using their own dedicated distribution fleet so that customers pay less.
The agency’s remit is to create a first class digital customer experience that showcases the breadth of Wren’s kitchen collection.
Tom Roberts, CEO, Tribal Worldwide London, said: “We are delighted to be working with a brand which has such high ambitions for the role of digital. Together we will align Wren’s digital footprint with its core values as a family run business, to create a beautiful and engaging customer experience.”
Richard Walker, Marketing Director, Wren Kitchens, said “Tribal are renowned for designing some of the most beautiful, useful and hard-working websites in the world. This is exactly what we want in our new customer-centric website.”
