Creative agency 23red, has appointed Susan Poole, formerly Chief Strategy Officer at ZAK, as Head of Strategy.
Reporting to 23red’s CEO and founding partner, Jane Asscher, Poole will be joining the senior management team and will be responsible for developing strategies that underpin individual and organisational behaviour change.
The role will see Poole lead and develop the agency’s strategy, planning and insight capability via recruitment, training, and development. One of Poole’s main objectives is to drive an effectiveness culture within the agency via measurement, evaluation and awards into the agency.
Poole will continue to build on 23red’s success in developing behaviour change strategies for key clients including Thames Water, NHS Blood and Transport and Public Health England. She will use her skills and experience to evolve the agency’s point of view and support 23red’s new business drive.

Poole is an IPA Effectiveness Grand Prix author and a NABS Fast Forward mentor who is committed to helping develop talent within the industry. She will play a big part in recruiting and nurturing the team at 23red.
