Data collection specialist, VIGA, part of the Next15 Group, announces the acquisition of thinqonline, the software and solutions provider, delivering best-in-breed technologies. Operating under the VIGA name, the business integration will mean expanded data collection and visualisation services for the enterprise, research and media industries.
VIGA has offices across London and the US and has rapidly grown to over 60 employees in just two years of operation. Powered by a proprietary platform and a global team of industry specialists, technology, innovation and efficiency lie at the core of its business.
thinqonline, based in New Jersey and Toronto, opened its doors in 2014. Combining more than 30 years of research industry experience with robust software partnerships, thinqonline provides consulting across the project lifecycle to guarantee timely and cost-effective results that elevate and ignite customer, employee and market insight programmes.
Co-Founder and MD, Yaron Brenman, and Co-Founder and VP, Mark Martins, will remain with VIGA as Senior Vice Presidents, leading the Data Solutions and Operations group respectively. The acquisition of thinqonline will lead to VIGA expanding by more than a third.
